10022 Alcott St., Federal Heights

Background: I have lived in the city of Federal Heights since 1980. The city of Federal Heights has provided my family with many great memories and this is what motivates me to keep the city a tight knit community. I would like to accomplish a fair and safe set of regulations for our residents that live in our mobile home communities.

Please describe your leadership style in three words.

hands on leadership

Describe the skills that make you the best candidate for the job.

30 years of customer service experience

Please list your top three priorities if elected.

A fair and safe environment for the residents of our mobile home communities.

Returning the city back to a small hometown atmosphere

Continue the pre-school program started by Mayor Daniel Dick

Discuss economic growth in your community. How can you balance economic opportunity with current residents' desire to preserve their way of life?

By continuing to bring new businesses into the community which will provide jobs for the citizens close to home and will provide tax revenue for the city.

What is the city's role in guiding redevelopment for areas in need of repair? Where would you target the city's redevelopment efforts and dollars?

The city has been working on repairing and repaving roads, replacing water lines, and under grounding old electrical wiring. We are also using and applying for grant money to beautify our parks and update our schools.
